Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Lokomotív FC's Gyula Szőcs started the match with a crisp pass. The referee showed Dániel Sáfár the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling István Dancs in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck György Fekete prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sándor Zádori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. István Dancs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gyula Szőcs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. György Fekete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Sándor Zádori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The corner led Lokomotív FC's Sándor Sági to fire away a dangerous shot which György Fekete despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ferenc Iványi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Sándor Zádori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Dániel Sáfár made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Csaba Herczegh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Ábioba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lokomotív FC the free kick. A collision led to FC Ábioba getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. István Dancs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but György Fekete made a huge save. After 76 minutes, Bánk Vastag mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Ábioba and the Lokomotív FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
