A collision led to Monostorapáti SE getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Márk Kun hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, Monostorapáti SE's Márk Kun fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Árpád Kállay was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Matuch in the 10th minute of play forced Monostorapáti SE's goalkeeper Alfréd Zarka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Monostorapáti SE's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Matuch came free, but Alfréd Zarka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gyalóka's zone, Imre Borbás stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Árpád Kállay came out of the goal and Imre Borbás tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th match minute, Monostorapáti SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aladár Somogyi to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Monostorapáti SE's goal looked a bit too open when Endre Soós came free, but Alfréd Zarka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfréd Zarka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Endre Soós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfréd Zarka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Endre Soós, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 41 played minutes Monostorapáti SE got a freekick which was hit by Árpád Sámuel. In the 45th minute Zachariasz Matuch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfréd Zarka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Endre Soós was the one to do the kick off. Alfréd Zarka made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Zachariasz Matuch sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Mátyás Vida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monostorapáti SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Mátyás Vida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Árpád Kállay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the match, Monostorapáti SE's goal looked a bit too open when Lukács Sipos came free, but Alfréd Zarka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imre Borbás might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Árpád Kállay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Imre Borbás ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute, Bálint Boros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Kristóf Dobos managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Alfréd Zarka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukács Sipos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfréd Zarka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endre Soós in the 85th minute of play. Ábel Szűcs charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ábel Szűcs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Monostorapáti SE's Ábel Szűcs got a free kick in the 86th minute. Alfréd Zarka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Endre Soós in the 88th minute of the match. If Zsolt Mihály had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Monostorapáti SE succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Gyalóka had controlled the match.
