In the 17th minute, Lajos Albert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Balázs Fülöp took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcell Keresztes. Arzignano Grifo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling József Varsányi in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcell Keresztes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, Gulács FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Szikora came free, but Sándor Csontos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, József Varsányi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 81 minutes of play, Arzignano Grifo's Ottó Mesterházy made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sándor Csontos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute of the game Jácint Koncz made a throw-in which Gergely Szőlősi played forward. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Marcell Keresztes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gulács FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arzignano Grifo.
