Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jakab Újváry got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th match minute, Gulács FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vendel Gergely to maneuver through the defense. Ákos Görbe hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Jakab Újváry struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Sándor Csontos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rudabánya. 16 minutes into the game, Jakab Újváry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sándor Csontos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Rudabánya booed when Gulács FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vencel Battai didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by József Varsányi in the 21st minute of play forced Rudabánya's goalkeeper Miklós Menyhért to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. József Varsányi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miklós Menyhért came out and tried to block the shot, but József Varsányi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 25th minute. Sándor Csontos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zsolt Józsa in the 29th minute of play. Miklós Menyhért came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gulács FC's Vencel Battai. But to his dismay, Vencel Battai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ákos Görbe made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ede Kardos immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Rudabánya booed when Gulács FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dávid Kovács didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

If József Varsányi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. József Varsányi charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed József Varsányi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rudabánya getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Zakariás Nyilasi hit a great ball. Miklós Menyhért showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from József Varsányi in the 67th minute of the match. Miklós Menyhért took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from József Varsányi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dávid Kovács lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 78th minute of the match, Jakab Újváry got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sándor Csontos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 79 played minutes Gulács FC got a freekick which was hit by Vencel Battai. Miklós Menyhért stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lajos Albert's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the game, Roland Erdei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rudabánya's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gulács FC the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling József Varsányi in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miklós Menyhért prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute, Vencel Battai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jakab Újváry received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sándor Csontos came out and tried to block the shot, but Jakab Újváry slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 98th minute. Many of Rudabánya's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Rudabánya may have spent more time on the ball, but Gulács FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
