In the 13th match minute, Nagykarácsony was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by János Zarka to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Vajka FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jónás Edelényi hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Vajka FC's goal looked a bit too open when János Zarka came free, but Billy Hollander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nagykarácsony were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Vajka FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Khalida Amirouche took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Khalida Amirouche got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Billy Hollander quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 21st minute, Nagykarácsony's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tibor Virág fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 23 minutes into the game, Rajmund Szakács lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Eulalio Gudesteo. When Vajka FC's Pál Túri in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nagykarácsony's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torsten Sundin during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Torsten Sundin kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Árpád Oláh hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Dominik Szoboszlai in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Szabolcs Vándor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Billy Hollander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from János Zarka in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rajmund Szakács was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by János Zarka in the 53rd minute of play forced Vajka FC's goalkeeper Billy Hollander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominik Szoboszlai took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eulalio Gudesteo. Eulalio Gudesteo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Billy Hollander was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Torsten Sundin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torsten Sundin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pál Túri in the 67th minute of play forced Nagykarácsony's goalkeeper Eulalio Gudesteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Hollander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szabolcs Vándor in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vajka FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Khalida Amirouche was slow to take the kick. During this time Nagykarácsony's players had a chance to rest. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vajka FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! If Félix Baló had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torsten Sundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Vajka FC's Billy Hollander got control of the ball when Torsten Sundin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 83 minutes of play Vajka FC's İlker Midilli was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Billy Hollander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torsten Sundin in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Vajka FC's Tibor Virág sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eulalio Gudesteo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes into the game, Tibor Virág cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Eulalio Gudesteo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute, Henrik Szarka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rajmund Szakács hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Sundin in the 97th minute of play forced Vajka FC's goalkeeper Billy Hollander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vajka FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
