Lénárd Szőlősi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márton Barabás in the 16th minute of play forced Csobaj's goalkeeper Lénárd Szőlősi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richárd Albert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lénárd Szőlősi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richárd Albert in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lénárd Szőlősi saved Csobaj from getting behind. If Márton Barabás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignác Kerekes charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ignác Kerekes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Miskolc-Szirma FC booed when Csobaj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignác Kerekes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Miskolc-Szirma FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Elek Horváth fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Richárd Albert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lénárd Szőlősi having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Márton Barabás to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Richárd Albert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miskolc-Szirma FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richárd Albert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute, Márton Barabás got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 55 minutes, Flórián Szentes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miskolc-Szirma FC and the Csobaj players grew even worse after the yellow card. Flórián Szentes hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richárd Albert in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lénárd Szőlősi saved Csobaj from getting behind. Péter Páncsics hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Szilárd Veres shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pál Pál showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Márton Barabás took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lénárd Szőlősi. Lénárd Szőlősi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Elek Horváth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Csobaj's supporters rose to their feet, but Elek Horváth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pál Pál breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, Csobaj's goal looked a bit too open when Richárd Albert came free, but Lénárd Szőlősi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Miklós Szuper mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miskolc-Szirma FC and the Csobaj players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Miskolc-Szirma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miklós Szuper to maneuver through the defense. After 76 minutes of play Miskolc-Szirma FC's Miklós Szuper was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Miskolc-Szirma FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Miklós Szuper hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Richárd Albert kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lénárd Szőlősi. That made the score 0-6 in the 79 minute of play. Lénárd Szőlősi was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Richárd Albert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Richárd Albert really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. If Richárd Albert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lénárd Szőlősi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bulcsú Urbán, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Richárd Albert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miskolc-Szirma FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richárd Albert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Csobaj fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Miskolc-Szirma FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
