In the 3rd minute, Álmos Csáki fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pitin Alcaraz, passed just outside the right post. After 7 played minutes Rapid got a freekick which was hit by László Újvári. 8 minutes into the match, Rapid's goal looked a bit too open when Dániel Peterdy came free, but Antal Pádár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rapid's Sámuel Hoffman in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stopli's goalie prevented a goal. Antal Pádár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Lucidi in the 14th minute of play. Álmos Csáki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Pitin Alcaraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pál Sugár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pitin Alcaraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sámuel Hoffman in the 27th minute of play. Pitin Alcaraz made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Pál Sugár sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Álmos Csáki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pitin Alcaraz. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stopli's goalkeeper Pitin Alcaraz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Angelo Lucidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Álmos Csáki to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, one of Stopli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stopli. Krisztián Sinkó walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Antal Pádár made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dániel Peterdy in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Stopli's zone, Álmos Csáki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pitin Alcaraz came out of the goal and Álmos Csáki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álmos Csáki in the 66th minute of play forced Stopli's goalkeeper Pitin Alcaraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Álmos Csáki notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Stopli's Pitin Alcaraz. Pitin Alcaraz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pál Sugár in the 77th minute of play forced Stopli's goalkeeper Pitin Alcaraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patrik Marton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dániel Peterdy came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Antal Pádár could save by the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Stopli fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Rapid. Krisztián Sinkó stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pitin Alcaraz. 4-0. 93 minutes into the match, Stopli's goal looked a bit too open when Sámuel Hoffman came free, but Pitin Alcaraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Stopli booed when Rapid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. László Újvári didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stopli's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
