A collision led to Csobaj getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kálmán Müller hit a great ball. Pál Matolcsy struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Lénárd Szőlősi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Héreg SC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pál Matolcsy in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lénárd Szőlősi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pál Matolcsy might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lénárd Szőlősi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pál Matolcsy ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, Szilárd Veres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Héreg SC's Maarek Grattepanche ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lénárd Szőlősi. Lénárd Szőlősi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The audience was convinced that Simon Gervai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lénárd Szőlősi was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Elek Horváth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Héreg SC's Simon Gervai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lénárd Szőlősi. Lénárd Szőlősi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignác Kerekes in the 43rd minute of play forced Héreg SC's goalkeeper Răzvan Lipoveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignác Kerekes during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Héreg SC booed when Csobaj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignác Kerekes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Csobaj's Lénárd Szőlősi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pál Matolcsy in the 51st minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game László Honti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Csobaj's Lénárd Szőlősi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lénárd Szőlősi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Gervai, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute Simon Gervai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lénárd Szőlősi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Tibor Szaniszló had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lénárd Szőlősi. Csobaj's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tibor Szaniszló was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Gervai during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lénárd Szőlősi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maarek Grattepanche in the 72nd minute of the match. Pál Matolcsy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Lénárd Szőlősi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
