A beautiful save bye LK Bulls's goalie prevented a goal. Alex Bodnár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zalán Kovács in the 5th minute of play. Zalán Kovács's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Bodnár read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Vásárhelyi in the 9th minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. András Horváth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dávid Tóth in the 11th minute of play. Zalán Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szajk LC's Jonas Cesaro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lajos Bodrogi in the 18 minute of the game. Zalán Kovács could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Alex Bodnár made a huge save. Erik Kozma took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised András Horváth. András Horváth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Szajk LC's goal looked a bit too open when Dávid Tóth came free, but András Horváth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zalán Kovács had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Tóth in the 33rd minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper András Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Alex Bodnár successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zsolt Nagy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Alex Bodnár made a huge save. Roland Szily lost his temper 38 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Szajk LC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Roland Szily hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Csongor Csorba was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes LK Bulls got a freekick which was hit by Keanu Thomson. In the 53rd minute, Csongor Csorba made a precise shot to the right of Alex Bodnár. LK Bulls's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 56 minutes into the game, Lajos Bodrogi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LK Bulls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szajk LC the free kick. A collision led to LK Bulls getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Lajos Bodrogi hit a great ball. Csongor Csorba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alex Bodnár tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. András Horváth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dávid Tóth, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Csongor Csorba in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Bodnár saved LK Bulls from getting behind. After 72 played minutes LK Bulls got a freekick which was hit by László Dávid. Szajk LC's Dávid Benkó was substituted for Zénó Polgár. A collision led to LK Bulls getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. László Dávid hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibor Bósa in the 74th minute of play forced LK Bulls's goalkeeper Alex Bodnár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csongor Csorba in the 76th minute of play forced LK Bulls's goalkeeper Alex Bodnár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Bodnár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Csongor Csorba in the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Csongor Csorba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Bodnár saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. András Horváth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dávid Tóth in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match, Dávid Tóth got a very nice opportunity to score, but András Horváth was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Csongor Csorba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Bodnár having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Szajk LC could leave the field as winners, despite LK Bulls having more of the ball for most of the match.
