Spectators: 8174 (Terracing: 6130, Seating: 1881, VIP seats: 163) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zsolt Medve made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 3 minutes, Zsolt Medve managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puskás Akadémia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zsolt Medve was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Ákos Erdôs in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Puskás Akadémia's József Lázár. A collision led to Karancskeszi EAC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. László Puja hit a great ball. When Puskás Akadémia's Ádám Újváry in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karancskeszi EAC's goalie prevented a goal. When Puskás Akadémia's Ádám Újváry in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karancskeszi EAC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Ádám Újváry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gedeon Fábián was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gusztáv Horváth made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when László Puja sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Csaba Bihari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ádám Újváry came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Puskás Akadémia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ádám Újváry couldn't finish the play. Ádám Újváry struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Gedeon Fábián didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puskás Akadémia. The audience was convinced that Ádám Újváry's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gedeon Fábián was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Ádám Újváry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gedeon Fábián read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Karancskeszi EAC booed when Puskás Akadémia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vendel Hellinger didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Sebastien Ellis in the 43rd minute really tested Gusztáv Horváth's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 45thth minute of the game Ádám Újváry who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karancskeszi EAC's Gedeon Fábián was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led Puskás Akadémia's Zsolt Medve to fire away a dangerous shot which Gedeon Fábián despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ádám Újváry scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gedeon Fábián, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Puskás Akadémia were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and László Puja made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ede Erős managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puskás Akadémia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ede Erős was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gedeon Fábián breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ede Erős scored 0-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gedeon Fábián, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gedeon Fábián showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zsolt Medve, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Gedeon Fábián was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Zsolt Medve capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zsolt Medve really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Ede Erős sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ádám Újváry in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gedeon Fábián saved Karancskeszi EAC from getting behind. Zsolt Medve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 98 minutes into the game, Ádám Újváry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Gedeon Fábián was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle sounded Puskás Akadémia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Karancskeszi EAC.
