Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Csongor Csorba in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck János Szepesi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Csongor Csorba took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for János Szepesi to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Bátya TC's János Szepesi got control of the ball when Csongor Csorba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugó Kulcsár hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Csongor Csorba in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of János Szepesi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 27thth minute of the game Zalán Kovács who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bátya TC's János Szepesi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. János Szepesi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Csongor Csorba's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Bátya TC's János Szepesi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zalán Kovács in the 31st minute of play. When Árpád Konkoly came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Szajk LC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Árpád Konkoly couldn't finish the play. János Szepesi came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Szajk LC's Zalán Kovács. But to his dismay, Zalán Kovács quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. With his leg János Szepesi managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Szajk LC's Csongor Csorba fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zalán Kovács in the 38th minute of play forced Bátya TC's goalkeeper János Szepesi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bátya TC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lajos Józsa was slow to take the kick. During this time Szajk LC's players had a chance to rest. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
