András Nemes took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in László Török heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 9th match minute, Kakucs FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Fernendo to maneuver through the defense. György Ambrus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dénes Tóth, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. György Ambrus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from János Udvarhelyi in the 15th minute of play. Kakucs FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when László Török scored to the left of an out of position György Ambrus, making the score, 1-0. László Török in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of György Ambrus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 21 minutes, János Udvarhelyi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kisgyőr.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but János Udvarhelyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If János Udvarhelyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. András Nemes kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. György Ambrus made an important save on a dangerous shot by László Török in the 34th minute. Kakucs FC's György Ambrus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Kakucs FC from getting a goal against them. 41 minutes into the match, Kakucs FC's goalkeeper György Ambrus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by János Udvarhelyi. Kisgyőr.F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by András Nemes in the 44th minute. The corner ended in András Nemes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kakucs FC's György Ambrus did a great save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by László Török in the 53rd minute of play forced Kakucs FC's goalkeeper György Ambrus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Floyd Hasselbaink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kakucs FC's György Ambrus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by László Török in the 57th minute of play. György Ambrus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from János Udvarhelyi in the 58th minute of the match. György Ambrus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dénes Tóth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kakucs FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Floyd Hasselbaink in the 64th minute. György Ambrus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from János Udvarhelyi in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling János Udvarhelyi in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck György Ambrus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Radowit Kociniewski hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. György Ambrus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dénes Tóth's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. The Kisgyőr.F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Kisgyőr.F.C.'s János Udvarhelyi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. György Ambrus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from László Török in the 77th minute of the match. Floyd Hasselbaink's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but István Gerencsér read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Radowit Kociniewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. István Gerencsér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Floyd Hasselbaink, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. György Ambrus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Udvarhelyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 97th play minutes János Udvarhelyi shot 4-0, a short shot which went by György Ambrus and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kisgyőr.F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kakucs FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
