The referee ignored MALÉV SC's protests and gave Béla Pásztor a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to MALÉV SC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Béla Pásztor hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Benedek Asztalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonia Kuklis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tibor Hoffmans short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Kálmán Gyarmati to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 26 minutes into the match, ComeBack's goal looked a bit too open when Benedek Asztalos came free, but Antonia Kuklis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kálmán Gyarmati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibor Hoffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Béla Pásztor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonia Kuklis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ComeBack's Antonia Kuklis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedek Asztalos in the 38th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Béla Pásztor in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonia Kuklis saved ComeBack from getting behind. In the 46thth minute of the game Tibor Hoffman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MALÉV SC's Kálmán Gyarmati was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Béla Pásztor was the one to do the kick off. Béla Pásztor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antonia Kuklis came out and tried to block the shot, but Béla Pásztor slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 52nd minute. In the 60th match minute, ComeBack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibor Hoffman to maneuver through the defense. Antonia Kuklis came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by MALÉV SC's László Gyárfás. But to his dismay, László Gyárfás quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Kálmán Gyarmati didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tibor Hoffman went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When Malcolm Barck fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ComeBack's protests and gave Malcolm Barck a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th match minute, ComeBack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcolm Barck to maneuver through the defense. Vilmos Solti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After taking down the ball on ComeBack's corner Fabian Vallman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kálmán Gyarmati quite easily take care of the ball. Fabian Vallman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The MALÉV SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
