After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Ferenc Bács managed to get in a good position for a shot. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ferenc Bács sped through Gellénháza's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Szilveszter Győri. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferenc Bács in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szilveszter Győri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferenc Bács in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szilveszter Győri saved Gellénháza from getting behind. The supporters of Gellénháza booed when Leányvár was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gergely Rózsa didn't get a good kick on the ball. József Kolompár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szilveszter Győri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Bács in the 32nd minute of play. Gedeon Czakó hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Ferenc Bács was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emánuel Laczkó to make the kick off. After 54 minutes Gellénháza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ferenc Bács who took care of the corner kick. József Kolompár's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Szilveszter Győri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Zsigmond Kántor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leányvár fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 59 minutes in the game, József Kolompár fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Szilveszter Győri having to interfere. With a little luck, Gellénháza's Szilveszter Győri got control of the ball when Fábián Székely tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Emánuel Laczkó had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Lázár Gácsi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gellénháza's zone, Emánuel Laczkó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Szilveszter Győri came out of the goal and Emánuel Laczkó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Szilveszter Győri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emánuel Laczkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Kenesei's late challenge caught a Leányvár's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Kenesei helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, Gellénháza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Kenesei to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Emánuel Laczkó fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Szilveszter Győri, passed just outside the right post. Emánuel Laczkó sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fábián Székely could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Szilveszter Győri made a huge save. Ferenc Bács fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szilveszter Győri having to interfere. Leányvár played a much better game than Gellénháza and deserved their victory. The Gellénháza players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
