After taking down the ball on MALÉV SC's corner Koppány Szepesi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mihály Buday quite easily take care of the ball. After 24 minutes, Béla Pásztor made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Budapesti Hiénák FC's Mihály Buday tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the game, Kálmán Újházi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Budapesti Hiénák FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MALÉV SC the free kick. Kálmán Újházi hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Vilmos Solti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MALÉV SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Vilmos Solti had several of the Budapesti Hiénák FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 51 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Mihály Buday as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 56th minute, Szabolcs Varga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Vilmos Solti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mihály Buday was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Mihály Buday took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Béla Pásztor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Béla Pásztor in the 65th minute of play forced Budapesti Hiénák FC's goalkeeper Mihály Buday to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilmos Solti might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mihály Buday. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vilmos Solti ran back to his position shaking his head. When MALÉV SC's Béla Pásztor in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind MALÉV SC's goalkeeper Kálmán Gyarmati, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Budapesti Hiénák FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kálmán Kis in the 83rd minute. After 83 minutes of play Budapesti Hiénák FC's Kálmán Újházi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 84 played minutes Budapesti Hiénák FC got a freekick which was hit by Kálmán Újházi. Tibor Fülöp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Mihály Buday made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Béla Pásztor in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihály Buday saved Budapesti Hiénák FC from getting behind. Mihály Buday stood somewhat misplaced when Vilmos Solti came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 93 minute.
