Spectators: 8517 (Terracing: 6388, Seating: 1959, VIP seats: 170) Miklós Fehér made the kick off and thus started the match. With his leg Gergely Jakó managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when FC Budapest's Miklós Fehér fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gergely Jakó made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miklós Fehér in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dániel Zentay in the 11th minute of play forced FC Budapest's goalkeeper Bálint Hellinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gergely Jakó made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Miklós Fehér sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the game, Miklós Fehér recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gergely Jakó. Miklós Fehér showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd's Konstantin Kelemen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bálint Hellinger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 21 played minutes FC Budapest got a freekick which was hit by Jeromos Mayer. Gergely Jakó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ákos Bihari, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 28th match minute, Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tamás Kaiser to maneuver through the defense. Bálint Hellinger came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd's Dániel Zentay. But to his dismay, Dániel Zentay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Viktor Edelényi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd's Gergely Jakó got control of the ball when Botond Kutasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miklós Fehér received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gergely Jakó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dániel Zentay made a kick off. Gergely Jakó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ákos Bihari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dániel Zentay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bálint Hellinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Konstantin Kelemen hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miklós Fehér in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gergely Jakó saved Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd from getting behind. FC Budapest were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Félix Kis took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Félix Kis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gergely Jakó quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ákos Bihari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, FC Budapest's goalkeeper Bálint Hellinger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstantin Kelemen. Gergely Jakó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ákos Bihari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gergely Jakó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miklós Fehér in the 71st minute of play. Ádám Péter's late challenge caught a FC Budapest's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ádám Péter helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Budapest booed when Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ádám Péter didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Kiskunfélegyházi Honvéd's goal looked a bit too open when Miklós Fehér came free, but Gergely Jakó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
