A collision led to Deportivo Wanka getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Szabolcs Szilágyi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miklós Pálosi in the 14th minute of play forced Deportivo Wanka's goalkeeper Szabolcs Szilágyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Endre Farkas's late challenge caught a FlagellumDei's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Endre Farkas helped the player get up and apologised. Endre Farkas kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Deportivo Wanka's goal looked a bit too open when Tibor Pucheli came free, but Szabolcs Szilágyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led FlagellumDei's Tibor Pucheli to fire away a dangerous shot which Szabolcs Szilágyi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gábor Puskás scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szabolcs Szilágyi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deportivo Wanka's Szabolcs Szilágyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vencel Sarkady in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Tibor Pucheli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FlagellumDei fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 29th minute, Zoltán Kozák ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Szabolcs Szilágyi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Szabolcs Szilágyi came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by FlagellumDei's Zoltán Kozák. But to his dismay, Zoltán Kozák quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Vencel Sarkady scored 0-6 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szabolcs Szilágyi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Szabolcs Szilágyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miklós Pálosi, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Szabolcs Szilágyi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tibor Pucheli went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Vencel Dankó charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vencel Dankó the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vencel Dankó hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zoltán Kozák made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Deportivo Wanka's goalkeeper Szabolcs Szilágyi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miklós Pálosi. Vencel Sarkady received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Szabolcs Szilágyi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Miklós Pálosi took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Szabolcs Szilágyi to make any attempt to save it. Szabolcs Szilágyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltán Kozák in the 62nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Deportivo Wanka's Szabolcs Szilágyi got control of the ball when Miklós Pálosi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 64 played minutes Deportivo Wanka got a freekick which was hit by Vilmos Szakács. Szabolcs Szilágyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoltán Kozák in the 65th minute of play. When the match was over FlagellumDei could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo Wanka throughout the match.
