In the 20th minute, Ádám Bíró ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dávid Bihari was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 30th minute Mihály Benke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dávid Bihari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Roland Barta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kisnána MTK's Dávid Bihari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ádám Bíró in the 36th minute of play. Ádám Bíró received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Dávid Bihari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Puskás got free with Miklós Madaras in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Kisnána MTK defense, Bence Mester kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dávid Bihari. The Kisnána MTK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dávid Bihari should have stopped the shot. Edvard Pihlberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Miklós Madaras made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norbert Puskás to make the kick off. Miklós Madaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Szeszák in the 52nd minute of play. After 58 played minutes Komlói Bányász SK got a freekick which was hit by Béla Balázs. Komlói Bányász SK's Dániel Soós was substituted for Ferenc Újházi. Béla Balázs kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kisnána MTK's Norbert Puskás got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 63 played minutes Kisnána MTK got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Puskás. Miklós Madaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Földesi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miklós Madaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvard Pihlberg in the 69th minute of play. Dávid Bihari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ádám Bíró in the 72nd minute of play. Ádám Bíró recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dávid Bihari made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Bence Mester sent off a good shot on target. Dávid Bihari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ádám Bíró, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miklós Madaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medárd Budai in the 90th minute of play. Ádám Bíró sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, Kisnána MTK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Medárd Budai to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Bence Mester reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dávid Bihari. The goal made the score 0-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Komlói Bányász SK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
