In the 8th minute, Gábor Horváth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miklós Kállai in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vendel Sass, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jeronimo Liebana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Pucheli in the 21st minute of play. Soproni Kullancsok's Jeronimo Liebana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levente Pucheli in the 23rd minute of play. Jeronimo Liebana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gusztáv Vásárhelyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Jeronimo Liebana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gusztáv Vásárhelyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's goalkeeper Vendel Sass, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 39th minute Ingvar Lindkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vendel Sass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soproni Kullancsok's Miklós Kállai got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gusztáv Vásárhelyi in the 45th minute of play forced Soproni Kullancsok's goalkeeper Jeronimo Liebana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Vendel Sass got control of the ball when Fehmi Er tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miklós Kállai in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vendel Sass saved Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE from getting behind. In the 53rd minute of the match Godfried Van Caubergen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vendel Sass showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. At last the ball reached Szczepan Szarmach at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE. 2-1. Jeronimo Liebana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Levente Pucheli in the 64th minute of the match. Miklós Kállai took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vendel Sass. Vendel Sass dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Vendel Sass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miklós Kállai in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Miklós Kállai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Vendel Sass was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeronimo Liebana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Pucheli in the 77th minute of play. Jeronimo Liebana was a little too slow when Gusztáv Vásárhelyi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 3-2. 86 minutes into the match, Gusztáv Vásárhelyi notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Soproni Kullancsok's Jeronimo Liebana. Jeronimo Liebana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Miklós Kállai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vendel Sass was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. 94 minutes into the match, Soproni Kullancsok's goalkeeper Jeronimo Liebana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gusztáv Vásárhelyi.
