The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes FC Henter Somosd got a freekick which was hit by Richárd Tihanyi. Géza Kulcsár recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Grnd Juventus NNNL's Patrick Carneiro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Gergely Balázs succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Bart van Goetsenhoven scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norman Grieve, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulises Ugaitz in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norman Grieve saved Grnd Juventus NNNL from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Ugaitz in the 18th minute of play forced Grnd Juventus NNNL's goalkeeper Norman Grieve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Frank Mees shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norman Grieve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Grnd Juventus NNNL getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Rubén-Darío Insúa hit a great ball. Paulo Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Carneiro in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Grnd Juventus NNNL got a corner. FC Henter Somosd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Géza Kulcsár ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Grnd Juventus NNNL's Géza Kulcsár to fire away a dangerous shot which Paulo Leão despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With an all-out effort, Grnd Juventus NNNL's Paulo Leão threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patrick Carneiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ulises Ugaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Grieve having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Grnd Juventus NNNL's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Ugaitz came free, but Norman Grieve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Bart van Goetsenhoven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norman Grieve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rubén-Darío Insúa came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Grnd Juventus NNNL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rubén-Darío Insúa couldn't finish the play. Paulo Leão made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Gergely Balázs sent off a good shot on target. Grnd Juventus NNNL's Norman Grieve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Ugaitz in the 43rd minute of play. When Géza Kulcsár fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grnd Juventus NNNL's protests and gave Géza Kulcsár a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Grnd Juventus NNNL got a freekick which was hit by Géza Kulcsár. After a defensive mix-up in Grnd Juventus NNNL's zone, Bart van Goetsenhoven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norman Grieve came out of the goal and Bart van Goetsenhoven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The wind increased when Frank Mees made the kick off in the second half. Norman Grieve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Mees in the 53rd minute. Wilian Baptista was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, one of FC Henter Somosd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Henter Somosd. FC Henter Somosd's Paulo Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubén-Darío Insúa in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Ulises Ugaitz made a precise shot to the right of Norman Grieve. Grnd Juventus NNNL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. FC Henter Somosd made a substitution. Tamás Antal replaced Bart van Goetsenhoven. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gergely Balázs in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Leão saved FC Henter Somosd from getting behind. After 79 minutes of play, FC Henter Somosd's Tamás Antal made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Norman Grieve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Ugaitz in the 87th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, FC Henter Somosd's goal looked a bit too open when Ádám Soós came free, but Paulo Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
