Eike Hörtnagel started the match with the kick off. Tzvetoslav Desov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Mees in the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sakálok's zone, Arnd Schade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tzvetoslav Desov came out of the goal and Arnd Schade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Henter Somosd's Duda Imperatore quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Károly Kutasi, made in the 14th minute of the game. In the 21stth minute of the game Frank Mees who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sakálok's Tzvetoslav Desov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute FC Henter Somosd were awarded a corner. Kristóf Szőllőssy went to the cornerflag to take it. Eike Hörtnagel came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paulo Leão could save by the left post. Eike Hörtnagel struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Paulo Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sakálok. 34 minutes into the match, Ziemowit Tylinski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tzvetoslav Desov. Sakálok's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ziemowit Tylinski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tamás Antal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Eike Hörtnagel took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Paulo Leão to make any attempt to save it. The goalkeeper, Paulo Leão, was totally fooled by Sakálok's Eike Hörtnagel, who 45 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Frank Mees made the kick off in the second half. Tzvetoslav Desov made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ulises Ugaitz sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulises Ugaitz got free with Tzvetoslav Desov in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frank Mees's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Tzvetoslav Desov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulises Ugaitz got free with Tzvetoslav Desov in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, FC Henter Somosd's goal looked a bit too open when Caspar Motter came free, but Paulo Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caspar Motter, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 67 minutes FC Henter Somosd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gottfrid Brovall who took care of the corner kick. Sakálok's Gottfrid Brovall was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paulo Leão in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Károly Kutasi made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Henter Somosd's Duda Imperatore. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caspar Motter in the 70th minute of play forced FC Henter Somosd's goalkeeper Paulo Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Henter Somosd's Paulo Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caspar Motter in the 88th minute of play. Frank Mees received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tzvetoslav Desov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Mees got free with Tzvetoslav Desov in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tzvetoslav Desov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Ugaitz in the 95th minute of play. Many of FC Henter Somosd's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Henter Somosd may have spent more time on the ball, but Sakálok were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
