The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Green Zombies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Géza Tótfalusi to maneuver through the defense. Cristinel Tomulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kálmán Gácsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Cristinel Tomulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kálmán Gácsi in the 27th minute of play. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harun Mustafa in the 28th minute of play. Cristinel Tomulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kálmán Gácsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Kálmán Gácsi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zalasárszeg OSE's supporters rose to their feet, but Kálmán Gácsi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristinel Tomulescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. György Tóth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harun Mustafa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harun Mustafa in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of György Tóth, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Green Zombies getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Géza Tótfalusi hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, Zalasárszeg OSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márton Horváth to maneuver through the defense. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venedikt Semenov in the 45th minute of play. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Zalasárszeg OSE from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kálmán Gácsi made a kick off. György Tóth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Carter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zsigmond Tímár fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without György Tóth having to interfere. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harun Mustafa in the 58th minute of play. If Harun Mustafa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Green Zombies's Mihály Hidegkúti was substituted for Zsigmond Tímár. Ádám Molnár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. György Tóth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Hidegkúti in the 67th minute of play. Kálmán Gácsi took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristinel Tomulescu. Cristinel Tomulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 78th minute Harun Mustafa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but György Tóth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Green Zombies's Cristinel Tomulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kálmán Gácsi in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Zalasárszeg OSE's goal looked a bit too open when Mihály Hidegkúti came free, but György Tóth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. György Tóth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Hidegkúti in the 85th minute of play. Ádám Molnár kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihály Hidegkúti in the 93rd minute of play forced Zalasárszeg OSE's goalkeeper György Tóth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Zalasárszeg OSE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
