Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Njegoslav Hotko made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Drago Vugrinec got free with Andrej Cenov in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Njegoslav Hotko fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marijanci's protests and gave Njegoslav Hotko a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Marijanci got a freekick which was hit by Njegoslav Hotko. In the 9th match minute, Marijanci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vanja Ivanišević to maneuver through the defense. Drago Vugrinec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Andrej Cenov made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Njegoslav Hotko in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrej Cenov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Njegoslav Hotko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of HNK Dražice booed when Marijanci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ištvan Vukšić didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Patrik Gunnarsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Višeslav Dorić showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Njegoslav Hotko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Drago Vugrinec's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrej Cenov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. If Ozren Baburica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ozren Baburica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Drago Vugrinec in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andrej Cenov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 34th minute, Patrik Gunnarsson made a precise shot to the right of Višeslav Dorić. Marijanci's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 37th minute Patrik Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Višeslav Dorić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ozren Baburica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Branislav Radošević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Drago Vugrinec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrik Gunnarsson made a kick off. If Leo Minđek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Branislav Radošević's late challenge caught a Marijanci's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Branislav Radošević helped the player get up and apologised. Njegoslav Hotko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, HNK Dražice's Pavel Agotić got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for HNK Dražice! Višeslav Dorić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HNK Dražice. After having played for 88 minutes, Branislav Radošević managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HNK Dražice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Branislav Radošević was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrik Gunnarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Branislav Radošević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Višeslav Dorić having to interfere.
