An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitar Ivić in the 3rd minute of play forced Marijanci's goalkeeper Višeslav Dorić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mitar Ivić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Višeslav Dorić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11thth minute of the game Mitar Ivić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marijanci's Višeslav Dorić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Roman Kranjčević had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Višeslav Dorić. Marijanci's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Kranjčević was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Roman Kranjčević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Višeslav Dorić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Roman Kranjčević ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Višeslav Dorić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Kranjčević made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mitar Ivić in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Višeslav Dorić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Višeslav Dorić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitar Ivić in the 55th minute of the match. Donje Novo Selo Kalnik's Mitar Ivić got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 0-3 became the score in the 61st minute when Mitar Ivić elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Edo Damjanić hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute Petar Resanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Višeslav Dorić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Kranjčević's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Višeslav Dorić skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 79 minutes into the match, Marijanci's goal looked a bit too open when Mitar Ivić came free, but Višeslav Dorić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Mitar Ivić dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Višeslav Dorić, 0-4. Višeslav Dorić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitar Ivić in the 86th minute of the match. Drago Vugrinec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mitar Ivić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Donje Novo Selo Kalnik played a much better game than Marijanci and deserved their victory. The Marijanci players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
