Spectators: 6810 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1810, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ivo Pinjatela took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6th play minutes Dario Dabo shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Želimir Plečko and just under the crossbar into goal. Filip Mikas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dino Vojnović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filip Mikas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dino Vojnović having to make a save. When Miroslav Šagarjelo fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ozalj's protests and gave Miroslav Šagarjelo a yellow card for diving instead. Miroslav Šagarjelo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Slavko Penga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Želimir Plečko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Kruno Žižić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Slavko Penga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Želimir Plečko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slavko Penga in the 33rd minute. Filip Mikas kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. If Ivo Pinjatela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Filip Mikas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Dino Vojnović made a huge save. In the 53rd minute, Zvonimir Kovalek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute of the match Ibrica Jusić sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dino Vojnović skillfully saved the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Ozalj's goal looked a bit too open when Slavko Penga came free, but Želimir Plečko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Tomica Pintar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ozalj's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomica Pintar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Vojnović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Filip Mikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomica Pintar in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Vojnović saved Vodice Naprijed from getting behind. Želimir Plečko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo Pinjatela in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Ivo Pinjatela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vodice Naprijed's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivo Pinjatela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Želimir Plečko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute Slavko Penga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Želimir Plečko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivo Pinjatela in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Želimir Plečko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Branislav Tišma hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Ivo Pinjatela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivo Pinjatela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Želimir Plečko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ozalj's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
