Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Krešimir Brčić took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Radimir Kaurić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ninoslav Šuvak was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Stipanovci were furious when Mile Kneginjić was red carded, 30 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 30 minutes into the game, one of Stipanovci:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Radimir Kaurić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ninoslav Šuvak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Serdar in the 40th minute of play. Robert Serdar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ninoslav Šuvak having to interfere. Marcel Peranić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Branislav Ferek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stipanovci's goalkeeper Ninoslav Šuvak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belimir Cvitković charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belimir Cvitković the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Belimir Cvitković hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ninoslav Šuvak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Serdar in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ninoslav Šuvak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radimir Kaurić's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Radimir Kaurić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ninoslav Šuvak having to make a save. Robert Serdar took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ninoslav Šuvak. Ninoslav Šuvak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a little luck, Stipanovci's Ninoslav Šuvak got control of the ball when Robert Serdar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ninoslav Šuvak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radimir Kaurić in the 94th minute of the match. When August Mucak came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Thebest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that August Mucak couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Thebest had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
