Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jakša Gašpert made the kick off and thus started the match. Oton Mužanović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Belimir Juršić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, ZP grey wolves's Jakša Gašpert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belimir Juršić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of ZP grey wolves booed when Donji Laduč was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mladen Tvrdić didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Jakša Gašpert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belimir Juršić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Donji Laduč getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Mladen Tvrdić hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Pavao Vazdar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Donji Laduč's Belimir Juršić didn't even have to move. Belimir Juršić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakša Gašpert, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The supporters of ZP grey wolves booed when Donji Laduč was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franko Hemula didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jan Pigac came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the ZP grey wolves fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Pigac couldn't finish the play. If Jakša Gašpert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Donji Laduč's Vjeran Prohaska got a free kick in the 22nd minute. ZP grey wolves's Jakša Gašpert managed to work through Donji Laduč's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Jakša Gašpert dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Donji Laduč's Belimir Juršić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Pigac in the 25th minute of play. Adolf Cikatić hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Vedran Vujović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Jakša Gašpert managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZP grey wolves's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakša Gašpert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Belimir Juršić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan Pigac scored 1-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Belimir Juršić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Jakša Gašpert put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Belimir Juršić. In the 39th minute Franko Hemula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berislav Vujičić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Jakša Gašpert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Donji Laduč's Belimir Juršić got control of the ball when Jan Pigac tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vedran Vujović stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Jakša Gašpert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Mladen Tvrdić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, ZP grey wolves's Pavao Vazdar tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jan Pigac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oton Mužanović's late challenge caught a Donji Laduč's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oton Mužanović helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes ZP grey wolves got a freekick which was hit by Oton Mužanović. Jakša Gašpert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Belimir Juršić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jakša Gašpert in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Belimir Juršić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belimir Juršić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Pigac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berislav Vujičić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davor Skelin in the 82nd minute of play. Berislav Čuvalo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Belimir Juršić. Donji Laduč's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Belimir Juršić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Pigac in the 88th minute of the match. Davor Skelin succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. During the 93rd minute of the match Franko Hemula completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Franko Hemula a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Donji Laduč getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Vedran Vujović hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the ZP grey wolves players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
