Đino Vračarić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horky. 4 minutes into the match, NK Zrinski's goalkeeper Đino Vračarić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zvonko Bondža. Đino Tot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đino Vračarić having to interfere. Luka Mohorović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đino Vračarić having to interfere. Đino Tot might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Đino Vračarić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Đino Tot ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute, Horky's Đino Tot dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Zvonko Bondža could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Đino Vračarić made a huge save. After 29 played minutes Horky got a freekick which was hit by Josip Buvac. Borna Kašić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Mijić in the 30th minute of play. Luka Mohorović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borna Kašić came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by NK Zrinski's Antonio Mijić. But to his dismay, Antonio Mijić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Zvonko Bondža fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đino Vračarić having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Đino Tot made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind NK Zrinski's goalkeeper Đino Vračarić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 54 minutes NK Zrinski's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adrijan Bibić who took care of the corner kick. 56 minutes into the game, Silvije Brčić threw the ball into play from the sideline. Horky's Rikard Ponoš quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Đino Tot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Josip Buvac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. NK Zrinski's Đino Vračarić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Đino Tot in the 61st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domagoj Gajić during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Horky's supporters rose to their feet, but Zvonko Bondža was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Đino Vračarić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute, Zvonko Bondža made a precise shot to the right of Đino Vračarić. NK Zrinski's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Josip Buvac came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Horky fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josip Buvac couldn't finish the play. Zvonko Bondža received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Đino Vračarić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Đino Vračarić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Đino Tot's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 90th minute, Đino Tot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josip Buvac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Đino Tot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, NK Zrinski's goal looked a bit too open when Josip Buvac came free, but Đino Vračarić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Horky failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
