The referee ignored FK Krajišnik's protests and gave Pravdan Tomičić a yellow card for diving instead. Pravdan Tomičić hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Nk Dugave Zg's Joško Dvornik tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 16 played minutes Nk Dugave Zg got a freekick which was hit by Božo Soldo. Božidar Bišćević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Nk Dugave Zg got a freekick which was hit by Jadranko Vukmirica. Božidar Bišćević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tonči Kopljar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nk Dugave Zg's goalkeeper Tonči Kopljar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Božidar Bišćević could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Tonči Kopljar made a huge save. When Augustin Kerman fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nk Dugave Zg's protests and gave Augustin Kerman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Nk Dugave Zg's Augustin Kerman got a free kick in the 30th minute. FK Krajišnik's Pravdan Tomičić got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Pravdan Tomičić off the ground. In the 33rd match minute, FK Krajišnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pravdan Tomičić to maneuver through the defense. FK Krajišnik's Božidar Bišćević got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valentin Školjarev might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomislav Olić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Školjarev ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 44 minutes, Jadranko Vukmirica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nk Dugave Zg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jadranko Vukmirica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fran Pavlina was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Fran Pavlina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomislav Olić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro Kuhanec hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Valentin Školjarev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Tomislav Olić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomislav Olić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fran Pavlina in the 69th minute of play. FK Krajišnik's Tomislav Olić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fran Pavlina in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Božidar Bišćević got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Božidar Bišćević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Nk Dugave Zg's goal looked a bit too open when Božidar Bišćević came free, but Tonči Kopljar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toma Škarica in the 82nd minute of play forced Nk Dugave Zg's goalkeeper Tonči Kopljar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tonči Kopljar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Božidar Bišćević, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fran Pavlina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nk Dugave Zg's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
