Rade Stupičić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Tomašica defense, Dario Preskočil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Njegoš Trošelj. The Tomašica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Njegoš Trošelj should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Tomašica getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Valter Vukoja hit a great ball. Rade Stupičić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Njegoš Trošelj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dario Preskočil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Njegoš Trošelj having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vladimir Bogunović to make the kick off. Njegoš Trošelj was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dario Preskočil showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. In the 63rd minute NK Bregana were awarded a corner. Branislav Maraković went to the cornerflag to take it. Arijan Kadija tried in the 64th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Njegoš Trošelj a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-5. Rade Stupičić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Preskočil in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Njegoš Trošelj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Njegoš Trošelj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rade Stupičić in the 72nd minute. Njegoš Trošelj stood somewhat misplaced when Dario Preskočil came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 74 minute. From close distance Rade Stupičić pressed in the 0-7 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 81 minutes into the game. The supporters of NK Bregana booed when Tomašica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krešo Balajić didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Dario Preskočil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK Bregana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Preskočil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rade Stupičić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Njegoš Trošelj when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 96 minutes into the game, Rade Stupičić lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Njegoš Trošelj. The Tomašica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. NK Bregana were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
