When Adolf Adamek fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stipanovci's protests and gave Adolf Adamek a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Leeds United AFC booed when Stipanovci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolf Adamek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jadran Vuletić kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 22 minutes of play, Leeds United AFC's Jadran Vuletić made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radimir Kolombo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute Jadran Vuletić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radimir Kolombo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Stipanovci's goal looked a bit too open when Jadran Vuletić came free, but Radimir Kolombo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Briški kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Kristijan Čuljak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rato Ognjenović in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Jadran Vuletić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radimir Kolombo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

51 minutes into the game, Vlaho Ćavar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leeds United AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stipanovci the free kick. In the 51st minute, Vlaho Ćavar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 55 in the game by Jadran Vuletić from a close distance when the talented Radimir Kolombo managed to make a qualified save. Stipanovci's players were relieved. Joško Poklepović ran back to his position shaking his head. After 72 played minutes Stipanovci got a freekick which was hit by Oto Lovrinić. Jadran Vuletić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Borko Ošap kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Dado Kuna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leeds United AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dado Kuna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radimir Kolombo was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Jadran Vuletić capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jadran Vuletić really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jadran Vuletić got free with Radimir Kolombo in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Radimir Kolombo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joško Poklepović in the 93rd minute. Leeds United AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
