The supporters of Leeds United AFC booed when Jesenice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastijan Futač didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cvjetko Paljar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jadran Vuletić in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes Jesenice got a freekick which was hit by Sebastijan Sever. In the 11th match minute, Jesenice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krešo Košutić to maneuver through the defense. Cvjetko Paljar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joško Poklepović in the 17th minute of play. Dado Kuna was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Cvjetko Paljar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 27 minutes into the match, Jesenice's goalkeeper Cvjetko Paljar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joško Poklepović. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klement Munić during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Jesenice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klement Munić to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Jesenice's Cvjetko Paljar got control of the ball when Jadran Vuletić tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Joško Poklepović hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Jadran Vuletić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastijan Futač's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Kristijan Čuljak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Leeds United AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Leon Predan hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matko Čuljat during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Jesenice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matko Čuljat to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Damir Miljuš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Jadran Vuletić made a precise shot to the right of Cvjetko Paljar. Jesenice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Leeds United AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
