An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Kocijančić in the 20th minute of play forced TPL Kappa GG's goalkeeper Velimir Paunović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 21 in the game by Lucijan Kvaternik from a close distance when the talented Velimir Paunović managed to make a qualified save. TPL Kappa GG's players were relieved. Lucijan Kvaternik came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Velimir Paunović could save by the left post. Velimir Paunović stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toni Kocijančić's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Lucijan Kvaternik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Velimir Paunović made a huge save.

In the 51st minute Toni Kocijančić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velimir Paunović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Velimir Paunović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natko Skočanić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucijan Kvaternik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Velimir Paunović having to interfere.
