An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Priidik Room got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Priidik Room in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vjekoslav Rupčić saved Punisher FC from getting behind. NK OSIJEK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Viktor Ostoić in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, NK OSIJEK's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Benzema came free, but Matko Gortan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of NK OSIJEK booed when Punisher FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Benzema didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominik Klaus came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vjekoslav Rupčić could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Priidik Room managed to get in a good position for a shot. NK OSIJEK's supporters rose to their feet, but Priidik Room was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vjekoslav Rupčić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilijan Bistrović kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Dominik Klaus didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-2 via right post in the game's 44th minute. NK OSIJEK's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement!

The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Mancio got free with Matko Gortan in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Benzema in the 53rd minute of play forced NK OSIJEK's goalkeeper Matko Gortan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vjekoslav Rupčić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Jović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes, Gašpar Božić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NK OSIJEK and the Punisher FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Priidik Room came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the NK OSIJEK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Priidik Room couldn't finish the play. Romeo Mancio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mato Dujmović stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Matko Gortan. 2-3. Matko Gortan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Benzema in the 90th minute of play. Priidik Room fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vjekoslav Rupčić having to interfere.
