The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. NK OSIJEK's Luka Jović got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 3 minutes into the match, Sinjac's goalkeeper Vedran Moćan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Priidik Room. 5 minutes into the game, Priidik Room cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vedran Moćan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8th minute, Ljubomir Kuna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sinjac's Vedran Moćan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Priidik Room in the 14th minute of play. Vedran Moćan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Priidik Room showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as NK OSIJEK's Priidik Room slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vedran Moćan. That made the score 3-0 after 19 minutes of play. Vedran Moćan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Ostoić in the 23rd minute of play. If Ljubomir Kuna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 played minutes Sinjac got a freekick which was hit by Pero Sanader. Luka Jović struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Vedran Moćan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK OSIJEK. 35 minutes into the match, Luka Jović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vedran Moćan. Sinjac's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luka Jović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Vedran Moćan was a little too slow when Luka Jović got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 5-0. 43 minutes into the match, Sinjac's Želimir Matjašec sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matko Gortan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Camillo Pollastrini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vedran Moćan. The goal made the score 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Priidik Room to strike the kick off in the second half. Luka Jović scored 7-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vedran Moćan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vedran Moćan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Priidik Room, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sinjac's Pero Sanader got a free kick in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Priidik Room in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vedran Moćan saved Sinjac from getting behind. Sinjac's Vedran Moćan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Klaus in the 63rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luka Jović in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vedran Moćan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matko Gortan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Želimir Matjašec in the 66th minute of play. Vedran Moćan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Klaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luka Jović took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vedran Moćan. Vedran Moćan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Priidik Room received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Vedran Moćan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, NK OSIJEK's Luka Jović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vedran Moćan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. NK OSIJEK's Dominik Klaus got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, NK OSIJEK's Luka Jović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vedran Moćan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. When Priidik Room came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the NK OSIJEK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Priidik Room couldn't finish the play. Vedran Moćan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Priidik Room in the 88th minute of the match. Priidik Room scored 11-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vedran Moćan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Priidik Room left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NK OSIJEK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Vedran Moćan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Priidik Room, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the NK OSIJEK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
