Nikifor Kulaksúzov was slow to take the kick. During this time Lipovljani's players had a chance to rest. Lipovljani's Nikifor Kulaksúzov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcel Mateša in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. NK Crni Tigrovi's Marcel Mateša proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save NK Crni Tigrovi from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute of the match, Tonko Urban tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcel Mateša saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 31 played minutes, NK Crni Tigrovi's Bernardino Gonsalvo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gabrijel Jovanovski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in NK Crni Tigrovi reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardino Gonsalvo in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabrijel Jovanovski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cvjetko Štokić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marcel Mateša tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Lipovljani made a substitution. Arsen Vukša replaced Nikifor Kulaksúzov. Lipovljani's Hugo Duardo was substituted for Tonko Urban. The wind increased when Cvjetko Štokić made the kick off in the second half. Cvjetko Štokić might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcel Mateša. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cvjetko Štokić ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcel Mateša took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cvjetko Štokić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th match minute, NK Crni Tigrovi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ljubo Sedmak to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Axel Witsel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardino Gonsalvo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Gabrijel Jovanovski made a huge save. Gabrijel Jovanovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Gonsalvo in the 64th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cvjetko Štokić in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Mateša saved NK Crni Tigrovi from getting behind. In the 69th minute Lipovljani were awarded a corner. Axel Witsel went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 70th minute, Vladan Borovac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st match minute, Lipovljani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valter Vidulić to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to NK Crni Tigrovi getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Sergej Fio hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the game, Nikša Frankola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Gabrijel Jovanovski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Arsen Vukša had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gabrijel Jovanovski made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Mikolaj Gdowik sent off a good shot on target. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for NK Crni Tigrovi! For all the effort they put into the match, the NK Crni Tigrovi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lipovljani.
