With his leg Marcel Mateša managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Žminj ONK's Valentin Brcina fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 13th match minute, Žminj ONK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matko Drapčinski to maneuver through the defense. Grgur Mađar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Gdowik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, NK Crni Tigrovi's Bernardino Gonsalvo got a free kick in the 14th minute. Marcel Mateša made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Brcina in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sanjin Vlašić during the 16th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Grgur Mađar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 21st minute, Žminj ONK's Stanko Jertec ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcel Mateša. Marcel Mateša yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Valentin Brcina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Marcel Mateša made a huge save. Valentin Brcina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Mateša read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Kristijan Carlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikša Frankola in the 34th minute of play forced Žminj ONK's goalkeeper Grgur Mađar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grgur Mađar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nikša Frankola's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nikša Frankola in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grgur Mađar saved Žminj ONK from getting behind. NK Crni Tigrovi's Marcel Mateša proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save NK Crni Tigrovi from getting a goal against them. Mikolaj Gdowik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Grgur Mađar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Brcina received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcel Mateša came out and tried to block the shot, but Valentin Brcina slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when Valentin Brcina made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Žminj ONK's goalkeeper Grgur Mađar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikolaj Gdowik. With a little luck, Žminj ONK's Grgur Mađar got control of the ball when Mikolaj Gdowik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcel Mateša showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Katić in the 57th minute of the match. Žminj ONK's Clementi Bustio was substituted for Stanko Jertec. Grgur Mađar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Gdowik, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Grgur Mađar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Gdowik in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute Bernardino Gonsalvo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grgur Mađar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
