The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferdinand Maniez was the one to do the kick off. Rayan Vieux charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rayan Vieux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had been going on for 90 minutes, Quérénaing's Alain Cotelle got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Brendan Marsac. Pierrick Reymond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Loaëc having to interfere. Quérénaing's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
