Spectators: 7406 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noé Folcher in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rachid Mouton saved ACRennes from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Monti's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Gerbeau came free, but Léopold Desseaux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ACRennes's Rachid Mouton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noé Folcher in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Rachid Depoilly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 played minutes Monti got a freekick which was hit by Joey Seguin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joey Seguin in the 20th minute of play forced ACRennes's goalkeeper Rachid Mouton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Noé Folcher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Noé Folcher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 played minutes, Monti's Jean-Charles Pernet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rachid Mouton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Monti reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Gerbeau in the 34th minute of play forced Monti's goalkeeper Léopold Desseaux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Joey Seguin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rachid Mouton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, one of Monti:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Léopold Desseaux, was totally fooled by ACRennes's Florentin Aubourg, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 53 minutes of play, ACRennes's Rachid Depoilly made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Léopold Desseaux was left in no man's land by his defense there! Léopold Desseaux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bryan Edmond in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, ACRennes's goal looked a bit too open when Noé Folcher came free, but Rachid Mouton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Monti's Joey Seguin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rachid Mouton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Franck Berthome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rachid Mouton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noé Folcher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noé Folcher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind ACRennes's goalkeeper Rachid Mouton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sam Donval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léopold Desseaux having to interfere. In the 86th minute Noé Folcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rachid Mouton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Edmond in the 89th minute of play forced Monti's goalkeeper Léopold Desseaux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joey Seguin got free with Rachid Mouton in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With splendid footwork Joey Seguin arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-2 by the left pole in the game's 94th minute. Rachid Mouton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noé Folcher, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute.
