Jean-Marc Coquelle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ben Schott read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Jasson fc's Mathys Fanton got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute Jean-Marc Coquelle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben Schott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Panazol's goalkeeper Ben Schott, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 35th minute Edmond Clerc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martial Devillers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Panazol booed when Jasson fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franck Quantin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmond Clerc made a kick off. Panazol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmond Clerc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dan Guillier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Devillers having to interfere. If Jean-Marc Coquelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Maximilien Lavielle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panazol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. John Justine hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Jean-Marc Coquelle kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ben Schott. That made the score 1-1 in the 82 minute of play. Panazol's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Mohamed Dagorne scored to the left of an out of position Ben Schott, making the score, 1-2. Jean-Marc Coquelle struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ben Schott didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jasson fc. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jasson fc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
