Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) Eddy Richier started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Eddy Richier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loëx's supporters rose to their feet, but Eddy Richier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boris Carion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute Eddy Richier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Carion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthony Bardot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rémy Mosnier's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Rémy Mosnier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Bardot having to interfere. Borderu's Boris Carion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Richier in the 17th minute of play. Anthony Bardot came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Borderu's Eddy Sattler. But to his dismay, Eddy Sattler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Boris Carion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Richier, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddy Sattler in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anthony Bardot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boris Carion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddy Richier in the 35th minute of the match. Eddy Sattler scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anthony Bardot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anthony Bardot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Sattler in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rémy Mosnier was the one to do the kick off. Anthony Bardot made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Eddy Sattler sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Borderu booed when Loëx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilles Cousseau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Loëx's goalkeeper Anthony Bardot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eddy Richier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Carion having to interfere. Gildas Cochard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Carion having to interfere. When Rémy Mosnier came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Borderu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rémy Mosnier couldn't finish the play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 1-3 became the score in the 80th minute when Eddy Richier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Loëx's Anthony Bardot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rémy Mosnier in the 83rd minute of play. Boris Carion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Richier, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Borderu were furious when Julien Basquin was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Eddy Richier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Borderu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Borderu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
