Greg Florent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Geoffroy Gaston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Reynald Godin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Éthan Rouaud was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Rémi Bourgine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bougival's supporters rose to their feet, but Rémi Bourgine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geoffroy Gaston breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute Rémi Bourgine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geoffroy Gaston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rémi Bourgine to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Malcom Amirault mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Straßburg and the Bougival players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Malcom Amirault hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the match, Bougival's Jacques Duffour broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 63rd match minute, Straßburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcom Amirault to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rémi Bourgine in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geoffroy Gaston saved Straßburg from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Greg Florent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Greg Florent's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geoffroy Gaston read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Bougival getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Élie Mazza hit a great ball. Éthan Rouaud made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Yazid Guilbot sent off a good shot on target. If Faudel Carabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynald Godin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Éthan Rouaud made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Cédric Houard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rémi Bourgine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute.
