Spectators: 6684 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Junior Otto got the match started through his kick off. Junior Otto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilles Pérignon having to interfere. Étienne Piette kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Thumeries's goalkeeper Gilles Pérignon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Thumeries's Bérenger Senegas got a free kick in the 6th minute. Nolan Thomasse in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Terry Mansion, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Jean-Baptiste Ragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Terry Mansion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Baptiste Ragon in the 15th minute of play. Junior Otto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilles Pérignon having to interfere. Gilles Pérignon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Junior Otto's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Jean-Baptiste Ragon fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 30th minute, Ernest Sainte-Rose got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Alsakros fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Alsakros's Ernest Sainte-Rose looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ernest Sainte-Rose's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilles Pérignon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Ernest Sainte-Rose got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilles Pérignon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Otto, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Gilles Pérignon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Sainte-Rose in the 49th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jean-Baptiste Ragon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jean-Baptiste Ragon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terry Mansion having to interfere. Nolan Thomasse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Nolan Thomasse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thumeries's supporters rose to their feet, but Nolan Thomasse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Terry Mansion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Terry Mansion came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Thumeries's Jean-Baptiste Ragon. But to his dismay, Jean-Baptiste Ragon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Junior Otto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernest Sainte-Rose blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilles Pérignon having to make a save. After 82 minutes, Gabriel Dupuy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Thumeries and the Alsakros players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 82 played minutes Thumeries got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Dupuy. In the 88th match minute, Alsakros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustave Guffroy to maneuver through the defense. Thumeries's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl Delbecque in the 91st minute. The corner ended in Karl Delbecque almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Alsakros's Terry Mansion did a great save. Gilles Pérignon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Junior Otto in the 95th minute of the match. Thumeries walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
