Charles-Emmanuel Civel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mickaël Hennion having to interfere. Sangatte's Mickaël Hennion proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Sangatte from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Sangatte getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Bacary Defaye hit a great ball. Bart Badel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teddy Boivin's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Charles-Emmanuel Civel in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mickaël Hennion, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Paulo Jarrier hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calvin Gamard to strike the kick off in the second half. If Teddy Boivin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mickaël Hennion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Miche in the 78th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sangatte's goalkeeper Mickaël Hennion, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Tremblay booed when Sangatte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Merlin Miche couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
