With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romuald Reboulet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Romuald Reboulet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Lucian in the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Walter Zielinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. When Atilano Lucian came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Roubaix sc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Lucian couldn't finish the play. Tristan Jimenez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Grégory Guégan came out and tried to block the shot, but Tristan Jimenez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 30th minute. If Atilano Lucian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romuald Reboulet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Lucian in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Atilano Lucian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romuald Reboulet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Daniel Saint got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romuald Reboulet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Lucian, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The audience was convinced that Atilano Lucian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romuald Reboulet was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Viviers's goalkeeper Romuald Reboulet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Atilano Lucian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Tristan Jimenez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alban Delecourt got free with Romuald Reboulet in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Atilano Lucian came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Roubaix sc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Lucian couldn't finish the play. In the 62ndth minute of the game Walter Zielinski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viviers's Romuald Reboulet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Viviers's goalkeeper Romuald Reboulet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walter Zielinski. In the 68th match minute, Viviers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germain Pâque to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Roubaix sc could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Viviers throughout the match.
