With his leg Fabrice Breugnot managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Lampertheim's Faustin Gallard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Vouvray getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Pacôme Allano hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Hubert Brel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thomas Lewandowski kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Lampertheim's Josselin Vin tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lampertheim's Faustin Gallard got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Kader Dolle came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Lampertheim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kader Dolle couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serge Lavault to make the kick off. The Vouvray fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabrice Breugnot should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute Serge Lavault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart Bézier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Lampertheim's goalkeeper Bart Bézier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hubert Brel. In the 72nd minute Kader Dolle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrice Breugnot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lampertheim's Bart Bézier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Lampertheim from getting a goal against them.
