Spectators: 6693 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raoul Decamps took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Chapelle's Raoul Decamps dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 12th minute, Romuald Verrecchia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mickaël Keita was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabin Coquet during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chapelle's Mickaël Keita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romuald Verrecchia in the 18th minute of play. Mickaël Keita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romuald Verrecchia in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Gabin Coquet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Léon Boudaud was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Gabin Coquet scored 3-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Léon Boudaud, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Maxime Taieb put in a rough tackle. Basile Fouillet walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 37th match minute, Chapelle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas De Araujo to maneuver through the defense. Côme Chupin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romuald Verrecchia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathieu Coulange during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 51 played minutes Chapelle got a freekick which was hit by Mathieu Coulange. Léon Boudaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raoul Decamps, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. BAD GONES 1987's Romuald Verrecchia got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Léon Boudaud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabin Coquet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Chapelle getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Roger Bonnet hit a great ball. After 66 minutes of play Chapelle's Nicolas De Araujo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When BAD GONES 1987's Romuald Verrecchia in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chapelle's goalie prevented a goal. Basile Fouillet's late challenge caught a BAD GONES 1987's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basile Fouillet helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Chapelle got a freekick which was hit by Basile Fouillet. In the 81st minute Clem Cyrille shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickaël Keita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léon Boudaud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabin Coquet in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Chapelle's goalkeeper Mickaël Keita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcel Favrel. Romuald Verrecchia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mickaël Keita having to interfere. If Clem Cyrille had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BAD GONES 1987's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Chapelle had won, even though BAD GONES 1987 had held more of the ball.
