Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Faouzi Teboul started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pierrelaye's goalkeeper Toufik Hamon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute, FC Batjax's Boris Duluc seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Boris Duluc the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Batjax protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Boris Duluc had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Oscar Havard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabien Latreille in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Pierrelaye's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gaétan Aucouturier fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Gaétan Aucouturier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pierrelaye's Toufik Hamon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Susini in the 25th minute of play. FC Batjax's Oscar Havard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabien Latreille in the 27th minute of play. Tristan Susini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Toufik Hamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toufik Hamon came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Batjax's Tristan Susini. But to his dismay, Tristan Susini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Nelson Reichert managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Batjax's supporters rose to their feet, but Nelson Reichert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toufik Hamon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Toufik Hamon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Susini in the 41st minute of play. If Gaétan Aucouturier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tristan Susini might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toufik Hamon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tristan Susini ran back to his position shaking his head. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The supporters of FC Batjax booed when Pierrelaye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hervé Besson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Didier Muntz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Toufik Hamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toufik Hamon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaétan Aucouturier in the 63rd minute of the match. Tristan Susini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toufik Hamon having to interfere. If Gaétan Aucouturier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 77th minute, Tristan Susini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Tristan Susini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Batjax fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Tristan Susini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
