After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Lorenzo Dodin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorbiers Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Dodin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc-Aurèle Devulder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Panny's Bastien Guillemet got a free kick in the 18th minute. Panny's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isaac Le Denmat ran over to the corner to take the kick. Isaac Le Denmat made a great header on Sorbiers Athletic's corner, it was just that Panny's Marc-Aurèle Devulder managed to reach the ball for a save.
