Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Joël Grandmougin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes in the game, Ernest Assie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Léon Bée having to interfere. Ernest Assie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Léon Bée tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Mède's goalkeeper Léon Bée had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernest Assie. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romeo Demilly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ernest Assie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léon Bée saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Boule came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Yoann Lethuillier could save by the left post. Richard Boule sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Joël Grandmougin sped through Mède's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Léon Bée. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cénac fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mède had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
